Order times and delivery
 

Footstools and benches will be built to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for construction. Items will be sent by DPD within the UK mainland at a cost of £19.00. For other destinations and larger items please contact me prior to checking out. An estimate of delivery date will be emailed to you on confirmation of booking and then the courier will keep you updated on progress. Legs will be removed for delivery to avoid damage (except for hairpin legs). These can be easily screwed on upon receipt of your item. All items can be collected free from London TW12. Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not arrive due to incorrect details.

Returns

Returns are only possible if an item is faulty. Should  you receive an item that appears to be faulty in some way, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. If the courier attempts to deliver a package that looks damaged, please do not accept it and redelivery will be arranged once the item has been checked.
