Can you collect & deliver?
Yes. I have a very reliable courier. Let me know if you need a price for transportation. Smaller items can be delivered by you or I can collect.
Why is it an estimate, not a quote? Are you VAT registered?
It’s impossible to know what the situation is like underneath the top cover. Most of the time I can make an educated appraisal of how much work is needed. Sometimes there are surprises and in those instances I would discuss the options with you before proceeding further. I am not VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay.
How long will you need to have my furniture?
Once fabric has been delivered & checked, I would take delivery of your furniture. I aim to get everything turned around within 2-3 weeks but keep you involved during the process of any hold-ups.
What qualifications do you have and are you insured?
I trained for 3 years at the British School of Upholstered Furniture to gain a diploma from the Association of Master Upholsterers. I am fully insured.
